Do you think I could use Partition Magic to fix an HDD that didn't get fully formatted when the partitions were being split?
My brother picked up a laptop, and the guys who set it up split the drive into two partitions and installed Windows, but they never actually finished formatting the second one—they just left it unformatted.
Now, whenever I try to go in and hit "format disc," it just fails. An error message pops up saying it can't be done... though I don't quite remember the exact wording since I haven't really tried again in a few months. Luckily, it's only about 80 GB, so it's more than enough space for whatever he needs.

Like one girl already mentioned, if you aren't into country music, just don't go to places where they play it and you won't have to hear it.
They aren't on the radio or TV, so you can either listen to them out in public or at home if you choose to put them on yourself. Nobody is forcing you into either option, so there's plenty of free will... I guess hearing some country song blaring from a passing car isn't really "listening," at least not for you bystanders. It's kind of like how we constantly hear Walmart or Target commercials as we pass by... nobody would say we're actually "listening" to those.
It's pretty simple; country is huge in America, and whether people like it or not, they end up hearing it now and then.
And honestly, people can have a good time to it, regardless of how shallow the lyrics might be or the lack of artistic depth. (Though, like anything, there are exceptions, I suppose.)
It's all just showbiz meant to entertain people, so if someone enjoys it, more power to them...
I just think that what we see on MTV isn't any higher quality or better than country tracks—it's the same crap, just in different packaging with slightly better production and a different language. Even people who understand what they're listening to don't really think twice about it. It's almost funny if you think about it...

People say that's cool, even though they probably don't even know what metal is.
Because metal, much like country, can have a lot of filler, but it also has things that even the biggest critics might love after hearing it once.
As for people listening to everything, I think that's perfectly fine. You should broaden your horizons instead of just staring straight ahead like a horse! In everything, even in country music, you can find something good or something you can relate to.

So, how many of you "cultured" folks actually listen to opera???

And that rock, pop, or punk stuff—just like everything else that came and went—was once considered garbage with zero musical value... basically the devil's tool for corrupting the youth.
Who knows what we'll try to steer our kids away from someday.

It’s pretty weird that Riise is the only one at the whole training session with his socks pulled down, probably so everyone can see the "injuries" he supposedly got from a golf club.









The atmosphere is seriously toxic. Man, what are we going to do now? 🙄

And hey, maybe the thing with the socks is just because he's Norwegian... he's used to much colder weather than the rest of them.🤣
