Grab the firmware from the AT&T website.
Mine was acting up too—until I actually installed the firmware. Just make sure you're grabbing the right one (wired vs. wireless)

I've been dealing with this wrist pain for a few months now—plus there's this slight, almost unnoticeable swelling.
