I was convinced it was my heart at first. I rushed straight to the ER for X-rays, an EKG, and blood work, but thankfully everything came back perfectly fine. Thank God...
I really didn't believe that my neck muscles, which felt rock hard and super tense, could trigger such a huge range of issues... especially that stabbing sensation and that heavy feeling of anxiety.

Just try not to panic. Go see a doctor and take it one step at a time...

I’m dealing with those exact same symptoms right now. Hearing this makes me feel a bit better. How did you end up fixing it?
