I was watching the highlights from the New York match last night, and I can't help but feel like these preseason tours are becoming more about the venue and the ticket price than the actual sport. It feels like we're just watching high-budget exhibitions where the results don't matter, the lineups change every twenty minutes, and the intensity is basically zero.

Don't get me wrong, I love seeing my team play, but seeing them travel halfway across the world to play in massive stadiums just for a "friendly" feels a bit hollow. It's hard to get invested in the scoreline when you know neither side is playing with their usual grit. It feels more like a glorified marketing tour than a legitimate test of skill.

Am I just being a cynic, or do these mid-summer exhibition games feel increasingly disconnected from the real season for you guys?
I feel like every time a new player hits the league, we hear about this "special gift" or "untapped ceiling" that's supposed to change everything. It’s hard to tell if we're seeing actual greatness or just hype designed to keep us invested. Does anyone else feel like we overvalue raw talent before they've actually proven it on the field?

Thanks for the help, everyone. I'm going with the build graniteharbor85 put together. My plan is to start with 4 GB instead of 6 GB, then just add another 4 GB later down the road... I don't quite get why those Kingston RAM-i are a 2+4GB split. I always assumed you had to run identical sticks, like 2+2 or 4+4, to make it work.

Here’s the deal: I’m planning to pay with my JP Morgan Chase card over 12 installments, and from what I can tell, that option is only available at Accenture in Washington, D.C. I’ll be heading down to D.C. next week, so I can just pick everything up there. What I need is for you guys to put together a build using parts from Accenture. My budget is still stuck at $5,000, and that needs to include the monitor and all the peripherals. If I try to piece this together myself, I'll probably end up with a mess...
Thanks.....

Thanks for the input. That's the plan, anyway......
How do I print at actual size? in IT Support ·
Check out ProPoster—it’s free, so just grab it. I used it once to tile images across multiple sheets, like printing a life-sized Spider-Man, but it should work fine for whatever you're trying to pull off here.

Hey, I need some help picking out a PC. It’s mostly gonna be for gaming. Should I just grab a pre-built, or can you guys help me put a custom build together? I need to buy it from a shop in Indianapolis since I want to pay with a credit card via monthly installments. Looking at a total of around $1667 for both the rig and a monitor.
