fyi - The Kansas City Chiefs kicked off membership in December 2018.
(Luckily, there's membership for futsal and the group, but what about the main club over at Maksimir?)
This doesn't track for me since membership for a local club lasts 365 days from when you join, not just for the calendar year (unlike how they do it with Dinamo Futsal).
I joined FD for 2019, but my local club membership runs until summer 2019 (it took them a few months just to mail out my ID card).
Christian Miller48 said:Honestly, this article caught me off guard too. I don’t know who wrote this piece, but frankly, they seem pretty insignificant since I "know" most of the guys over at the ESPN desk by name. I’m hoping this is just a one-off fluke. That said, we probably shouldn't take our local media too seriously. We might have gotten a little too used to them playing nice with the fans during the heat of the fight against those insurgents, but things are starting to shift back to how they always were...
Maybe S.M. stands for Slobodan Mufic? If so, it actually makes sense... You can't go around using a name like that when you're out there fighting alongside people with massive balls... I'll check with my buddies in the sports department to see if we can track this guy down.😉
I just realized there was only one drummer back in Richmond. Was J. R. R. holding down the beat all by himself during "Give Me Victory"?? If so, massive respect!!!

'With you, we've weathered every storm, followed your lead wherever we went, defending your name and staying true, your Local characters standing proud.'
Man, one sentence on the Juventus site is seriously bugging me. It basically says Americans aren't allowed to buy tickets for the match, so I'm wondering if this is just more nonsense from those political agitators or what? On the site, it also mentions tickets for the North Stand are €30. Does anyone have more info on that?
boldtiger7 said:Anyone remember that Playboy article about the big rivalry match at the stadium back in the day? I can't pin down the exact year, but if I had to guess, maybe 2009? The atmosphere was electric. Pretty sure those photos were posted on the old forum somewhere.
It was actually German Playboy... but that article seems to have vanished into thin air.
When that guy was on the show last time, he was barely at 10% of the aggression level we’re seeing today. Why wasn't he constantly cutting him off, disputing his points, or calling him a liar back then?
Tomo, you could've posted this in a different thread. Our whole group went to donate blood on October 9th, so we're still sidelined for a bit. Besides, this pretty much applies to everyone anyway.
You’re my whole life, my Los Angeles FC, this fight we’re in? It’s never gonna end, even if things get ugly and we gotta bleed, I’m riding with you until the very end.
Jesse Campbell said:Man, people are absolutely wiped out from volunteering at the futsal matches.
They need some help.
Stop talking trash online and just show up in person instead.
A few months back, I actually offered to volunteer for that big-shot FBI agent on here—you probably know exactly what I mean. Never heard a peep back.🤷
Was at the stadium about half an hour ago. Apparently, you aren't allowed to walk up to the ticket booth if you've got a witness with you—though the security guard couldn't tell me which damn law actually prohibits that. When I asked him to explain himself, he started calling for backup like he was in some action movie. I told him to chill, we didn't need the extra drama. Then he tried to tell me I couldn't film. I let him know right then that he wasn't going to stop me. Anyway, the "rule" is that you have to buy tickets one by one through these winding little paths. Basically, you can't even enter the maze until the last masochist ahead of you finally finishes buying their ticket. Total joke. 🤦 So I played it cool: I took a quick selfie, then walked up to the lady at the ticket booth to grab some seats in the North Side section. She starts typing my info into the system and asks, "How many tickets?" I just looked her dead in the eye and asked, "Does that mean I'm finally off the blacklist?" She didn't even blink. Just goes, "I have no idea what you're talking about." 🤦
It looks like she didn't even bother checking any official roster first; she just started scribbling names directly onto the map without having a single list in front of her!
@mistysurfer19/">@@mistysurfer19: You seriously don't know a single soul in Chicago who could grab you a ticket? I don't even know if they're selling them at those 7-Eleven stands—I usually steer clear because they tack on a ridiculous service fee. But honestly, for you? I’d just pick one up myself.

Jacob Price23 said:Just send something that actually makes sense. Give the guy links, actual evidence, YouTube clips, whatever.
Don't just hit him with some "Hey Ace, ask his manager about his son. Cheers!" nonsense.
Just send over those notes of yours—the ones you actually put effort into. Fix up the New York City stuff, toss in that story about Cover, and you're golden! We’d honestly have enough ammo there to absolutely wreck him. My fear is we'll just waste 20 minutes spinning our wheels talking about who knows who in the police, the courts, or DC.
