Hmm, you could say that McLaren has a longer history of signing drivers than they actually have available seats.😵

That absolutely insane, millimeter-perfect move by Perez on Kvyat was incredible. 🙏
Then you had Hulkenberg and Ocon hunting down Alonso,
Stroll getting past the Nazi before his brakes gave out, and Kvyat Sainz on track before the pit stops...
Maybe there were others, but those five are definitely in my book.
But yeah, if those three mentioned above were the only "real" overtakes, 🙏
I'd much rather have three genuine battles than 1,000 fake ones aided by DRS 🙂 or that stuff they do in NASCAR. 🤦
Well, looking at it from Alonso's perspective, his car was already struggling, so maybe it wasn't a true overtake after all.
Watching how this all started really takes me back to that era around '98 to '00, when Mike and Michael were basically playing bumper cars in the pit lane.
I mean, we all vividly remember that one legendary overtake at Aspen.😁
I think I read somewhere that there were only three position changes during the entire race.
Honestly, it’s not even that bad if you consider the emphasis on strategy; as long as the fight stays intense through to the final race, I'm happy.

Sauber 8 in the standings because of him—something they couldn't even dream of 😳
Pascal's call turned out to be a massive 🙏
Now it's Sauber's turn; kicking Ericsson and Antonio Giovinazzi out of the car for their season 🙏
Exactly. It’s safe to say their time with the team is over; Ericsson is taking his paycheck and heading out. 🤣
We really need to keep an eye on what’s going on with Rajko; that performance was honestly pretty rough to watch.
As for Valtteri Bottas, it's hard to make a fair call when you consider how much Lujo is clearly struggling with his car's setup right now.
McLaren actually looked better than anyone expected—it's almost a sensation at this point! Though, they obviously pulled Fernando Alonso when it became clear he wasn't going to claw his way back into the top ten.
That kid over at Sauber showed some real promise, and Esteban Ocon was solid as well.

Way to go, Seb! Huge props to Ferrari!
For the first time since 2012, Ferrari is sitting right at the top of the championship standings.

Sebastian Vettel was playing around with the Mercedes-Benz setup for a bit, but then Lewis Hamilton had to step in and hold him accountable.😁

There it is. Like I said, Ferrari just didn't have the pace for pole...
Sebastian Vettel says he could've squeezed out a slightly faster lap, but definitely not enough to change anything...
This marks Ferrari's first front-row lockout since Singapore 2015.

That little guy at Sauber was fantastic, too; honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if his performance today earned him a serious look for a more permanent seat.
The dominance shown by Mercedes and Hamilton isn't exactly a shocker, but it is incredibly demotivating to watch. I’m just hoping Vettel can get a decent start tomorrow.
Bottas, Stoffel Vandoorne, and Kimi all underperformed, while Jolyon Palmer was frankly embarrassing. As for Lance Stroll, he didn't even fail—he simply performed exactly as expected.
The first Italian in Formula 1 since Brazil 2011 (Jarno Trulli and Vitantonio Liuzzi).

What’s the worst part? I don't even particularly like Mladen, but it seems like he's always just some damn party guest at every single thing.

Basically, does anyone have the scoop on what went down with Nico and who actually messed up during Ricciardo's pit stop?
