Greetings, everyone 🙂
For some time now, I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night 😠 gripped by these intense tremors, shaking uncontrollably as if I were standing out in a blizzard in Minnesota, yet I don't feel cold at all. When these episodes hit, my body feels incredibly heavy, making it nearly impossible to move or regain control over my own limbs.
If anyone here has dealt with something similar, I would appreciate you reaching out 🙂
Just to clarify, this only happens during the night, and it occurs only once per session.

It goes something like this. I frequently wake up in the middle of the night 😠 gripped by these intense, full-body tremors. When it happens, breathing becomes a struggle, and I lose all sense of control over my physical movements; even when I finally managed to touch my own arm, I wasn't even cold, so it wasn't some reaction to the temperature.
So, here we are. Does anyone have any experience with something like this?
Just for context, I’m 13 years old.
