A ticket for the concert in Vienna on January 17th is going to run me about $120... if I catch the absolute worst exchange rate, that puts it at $83. I’m coming from Cleveland... so, the toll for the highway up to NYC is $18 one way... and the drive to Vienna is $5.00 one way... honestly, I don't think I'll risk dealing with the American concert organizers on this one... ☕

The only thing about this soundtrack that gets under my skin every single time is S. Esmeralda's "Don't let me be misunderstood"—it’s dragged out to ten minutes, when really, only the first thirty seconds or so actually work for the film... and every time it skips on my CD, I can't help but think of Jurica Padjen.. 👎

There's zero point to track 6—that whole monologue, I think it's the "Ode to O-Ren Ishii," but everything else is just 🙏 ...with a heavy emphasis on tracks 1, 9, 13, and 14.

Alright, I just watched the film for the second time and all I can say is—brilliant!
It actually landed even better this time around; I caught so many more details, and the sound design is just genius. Honestly, for anyone who speaks English, my advice is to skip the subtitles because some of those Tarantino bits just don't translate well... they lose the vibe entirely.

I’m not going to go through every single performer one by one—though, honestly, I haven't the slightest clue what Belan was actually doing during that rock set—but all in all, it was fantastic. The energy was incredible, and I finally felt that urge to just lose my voice screaming "Cleveland! Cleveland!" at the top of my lungs.😳

Major props to everyone who isn't from CLE but made the trek out here anyway...🙏

Well, maybe I'll give it a shot eventually... thanks for the vote of confidence... but from that very first scene, it felt so bleak and irritating that I honestly didn't think there was much hope for it.

For me, Kill Bill Vol. is—just like every Tarantino flick—an absolute event!
I’m always looking for that killer soundtrack, sharp dialogue, and a specific vibe...
And Kill Bill delivers on all fronts. Sure, it’s incredibly bloody, and if you’ve got a weak stomach, some parts might be a bit much—but honestly, it’s brilliant and I can't wait to dive back into it. The way Tarantino handles the music in this movie is just masterclass.
Even just the opening sequence, where that Nancy Sinatra track "Bang Bang" kicks in while things are heating up, was enough to give me chills...
Man, I really am a sucker for Tarantino... and don't even get me started on the animation segment! Or that snow duel featuring Lucy Liu and um!
Anyway, cheers to all the fans out there!

Watching this movie was pure torture... Sandler is incredibly grating--honestly, Magnolia is miles better.
