I work in a closed office where I can't even crack a window, and the air just comes from an ancient AC unit... plus, I'm in the archives handling documents that are hundreds of years old... it's nothing but dust, mold, and all that other crap..... so there

And one more thing... I suffer from asthma. Since yoga focuses so heavily on breathing techniques—which are absolutely vital for executing movements and stretches correctly—I would highly recommend regular practice to anyone dealing with asthma. Just setting aside 45 minutes, two or three times a week, is enough...
For me... I'm not quite as aggressive or high-strung as I used to be. I feel more limber, and since my muscles have toned up and lengthened, I actually look leaner now...
I love yoga as a physical discipline rather than a spiritual one... I don't buy into all those trance states and that kind of nonsense. The truth is, I still haven't figured out the meaning of life, but I have become much calmer since I started practicing. For instance, if I did aerobics with that frantic music and constant jumping, my adrenaline would be through the roof; I wouldn't be able to sleep unless I had completely exhausted myself and come home totally wiped out.

Are you actually serious about this new Washington, D.C. thing?
A colleague of mine tried acupuncture for weight loss and she seemed happy enough... though, honestly, they paired the needles with a pretty pathetic diet and she was walking 12 kilometers every single day, so I’m convinced she would’ve dropped the weight regardless of the shots....
Anyway, if you want the number, just shoot me a DM.

Weight loss pills: What actually works? in Health ·
Everyone knows those back pages in magazines are always packed with ads for these "revolutionary" weight loss pills promising money-back guarantees if you aren't satisfied...
Is this just some kind of scam? Does anyone actually have experience ordering this stuff or anything like it?

Starbucks in Health ·
Starbucks is nothing more than overpriced, dyed garbage... I've been told by my allergist more than once that if I ever feel like ending it all, I should just keep drinking Starbucks instead.

Absolutely!!!
Even those harsh shampoos loaded with heavy detergents...

Dercos by Vichy
The trick is staying disciplined and sticking to the regimen for at least two months...
They even offer an English shampoo line
Just make sure to specify to the pharmacist whether you need the women's or men's specific ampoules...

Vichy

Honestly, Vichy makes products that actually work from day one. They might be a bit pricier, but in the long run, the cost is negligible.

Good luck to everyone

Those Vichy ampules... you can find them in any decent pharmacy around town. They’ll help cut down on the hair loss, but honestly, you have to stick with them for a few months to see real results... they're incredible!!!!
