I want to apologize to anyone I may have offended. This is about health and life, and perhaps I haven't quite found the right words to describe the situation I'm currently facing. It's possible I don't fully grasp the gravity of this yet, or what the outcome will look like months or even years down the line.
My father is actually in very good mental and physical shape; nothing seems to strain him—whether it's walking uphill or driving (he was just behind the wheel of his ST-ZGi a few days ago). He’s maintaining the exact same pace of life and work as he did before the diagnosis. He isn't experiencing any "chest tightness" or shortness of breath at all...
He did have some breathing difficulties, however, before they drained about 2 liters of pleural effusion.
