Asbestosis

By sheer coincidence, I ended up moving about ten asbestos plates from my yard over to the neighbor's property. Some of them were already cracked and weathered; they had been sitting there for about thirty years acting as a makeshift roof for a small storage shed in the backyard (back then, it was just standard building material). I later learned about Asbestosis, but considering my "interaction" with these asbestos plates lasted less than a full day, should I really be concerned? Or is it worth getting an X-ray of my lungs just to be safe?
