If you need my number, just shoot me a DM. You’ll end up with the best—and most charming—personal trainer in all of NYC 😉
I'm dealing with the exact same thing—but honestly, if it just turns red and then you're good to go, I say just push through... if you want to stop that itching though, maybe try what brisknomad6 suggested... personally, it doesn't bug me that much, except when my stomach starts acting up and gets super itchy.😁
Less than a 1% chance of catching it—not even worth worrying about, right?
Ever thought about bumping up your salt intake a bit? Have you ever heard of those old-school miner cramps? ....it used to happen to miners who'd spend hours stuck in one position digging, and they’d actually die from those cramps that just seize your whole body.. then they started drinking salt water and the cramping stopped.
Just up your salt and you'll be fine—plus, it won't cost you a dime.

The thing is, I’m not usually this pale—but lately? Not so much. Between barely leaving the house and spending way too much time glued to my PC... yeah, it shows.
Try hitting the sack by midnight for five nights straight—you might actually see some change.
