So, here is the dilemma I find myself facing: lately, I’ve been plagued by these recurring cramps in my left leg, specifically right around the knee area. It seems to strike most frequently when I am sitting down—particularly when I have my legs crossed. The strange thing is, I am actually much more active than I used to be; I’ve been hitting the gym regularly and staying on the move far more than in the past.
What troubles me most, however, is the sheer asymmetry of it all. Why is it that this is exclusively affecting one leg while the other remains perfectly fine? What could possibly be causing such a localized disturbance?😢
