Invasion of the Body Snatchers used to absolutely terrify me when I was a kid. These days, though, it feels more like a metaphor for how alienated and disconnected everyone feels in modern society. Still, that scene where the clones are "born"... chills... and that dog with the human face? Still gives me the creeps.
