Honestly, I find myself reacting to the cold just as much as the heat too, if you know what I mean?

I’m honestly leaning towards thinking this isn't hives either, you know? I mean, I’ve never dealt with any breathing issues or anything scary like that. It just shows up, starts itching like crazy, and then eventually fades away on its own. The absolute worst part for me is during the summer months because that's when I'm sweating the most and showering all the time, which seems to trigger it. I've been dealing with this little nuisance for a few years now, but I'm pretty convinced it's totally harmless—it just gets on my nerves sometimes!

Finally, someone else who gets it! I’m definitely not alone here.🙂
I get so incredibly irritable because it just drives me absolutely crazy, especially when I’m out at the beach and step out of the ocean covered in bright red patches. Everyone starts staring and whispering, assuming I’ve developed some weird sun allergy, and then I feel like I have to stand there and explain myself to every single person. But honestly, what can you even do? You just have to learn to live with it. My doctor basically told me there isn't a magic pill to fix it, so I guess that's just my reality now.😢
It actually took me nearly a whole year to figure out what was even happening to me; I went through such a phase thinking it was just different lotions or gels that weren't working, when it turns out it was actually just a hypersensitivity to temperature changes.🙄

So, I’ve been dealing with this one specific thing lately and I was wondering if anyone else out there goes through the same struggle. Basically, my skin is incredibly sensitive, especially when it comes to temperature shifts. Every time there's a sudden change, I end up breaking out in these red bumps all over my neck, chest, stomach, and back. They’re super itchy, too, though they don't hang around for very long—usually just about 10 or 15 minutes until my body finally settles down and stabilizes. It mostly happens when I hop out of the pool and go from that cold water straight into the warm air, or even just after a good workout when I start sweating. I’ve even noticed it happening right after I step out of the shower sometimes! Has anyone else ever dealt with something like this, and do you think there might be some way to ease the discomfort or make it less intense?

I'm about 5'5" and maybe 120 pounds, so I know I'm pretty thin 🙄

If I were in your shoes, I’d probably try to hold off for at least another year or two if I could, you know? But then again, looking at the reality of things, it seems like there isn't much of a choice left besides going through with the surgery. Honestly, if you find yourself unable to just live with that constant frustration, wouldn't it be better to just get the procedure done rather than spending your whole life feeling unhappy about it?
Usually somewhere between 8 and 9 hours, though I can't say I ever get less than 7
Hair washing tips? in Health ·
I usually find myself washing my hair about two or three times a week, because honestly, if I try to do it any more often than that, it just ends up feeling incredibly dry and stripped, you know?
It’s actually been scientifically proven that if you’re naturally thin, it’s way harder to put on weight compared to someone who’s struggling to shed a few pounds, which is interesting, right?
But, well, now that there are so many more people out there focused on losing weight, I guess that changes the whole dynamic of things entirely, doesn't it?
So, I’ve honestly always been on the thinner side, and for the longest time, it didn't really bother me because I could just find ways to spin it as a strength, you know? I really thought that eventually, I’d naturally fill out a bit more, but nope—that hasn't happened. It’s just how my body is built, and my metabolism runs at lightning speed. On the bright side, I’m perfectly healthy and my blood work comes back flawless, but I have to admit, I’m starting to get a little annoyed with everyone constantly commenting on how skinny I am.
Does anyone happen to have any actual advice on how to put on some weight, since basically just overeating doesn't do anything for me (trust me, I've already given that a shot)?
