I usually get about 6 hours of shut-eye

Once I tried sleeping for 10 hours straight over a three-day stretch and, honestly, it was kind of a disaster.

On average, I find myself getting about eight hours of shut-eye. I make a rather conscious effort to ensure I don't dip below the seven-hour mark during the work week, though I must admit, once the weekend rolls around, I tend to lose all sense of discipline and end up sleeping for nine or even ten hours straight. 😉

I’m usually pulling about 4 or 5 hours of sleep on a typical night. Honestly, if I try to catch up and sleep more—like when I oversleep on the weekends—I actually end up feeling pretty lousy instead of rested. 🙄

And I... 👍
I mean, I don't know... I honestly have my doubts that things are ever going to stay this way forever. Maybe I'm being cynical, but I just can't shake the feeling that it's all temporary. It feels like we're just waiting for the other shoe to drop, you know? I guess we'll see, but I really doubt this is the permanent setup. 😬

I pull about six hours of sleep at night, but I live for those afternoon naps.
The problem is, I can't even remember the last time I actually caught one. 😕

Way too much, maybe ten or more. If I don't start now, when will I? When I actually get a job? Yeah, right.

Not nearly enough—mostly because I’ve been tearing through this forum like a whirlwind 😉

Usually somewhere between 8 and 9 hours, though I can't say I ever get less than 7

I'm with you.

The average is about 7 hours, but since I'm a massive sleep enthusiast, that's nowhere near enough for me.

Same here, though during the week it usually ends up being about 7, rarely 8 😢
But on the weekends? At least 10 hours 😁

I love sleeping 🙂

I sleep whenever I get the chance. Most of the time, it's never enough 😁

About 6 to 7 hours during the week, though I usually pull more on the weekends.
My main issue is that it doesn't matter if I crash at 10 PM or 2 AM—waking up the next morning is just as much of a struggle. Once I actually manage to get out of bed, I’m fine, but man... getting my head off that pillow is an absolute battle.
People claim it's all about "training" your body, but honestly? I have my doubts about that one...

Maybe 6 or 7 hours during the night.

And honestly, whenever I get the chance, I'll take an hour in the afternoon too. That’s my absolute favorite part, I guess. 😍

🙂 I’m averaging about eight hours.
If I don't get enough sleep, my brain stays in this weird, foggy haze all day long...
I honestly wish I could just crash for a few hours and be fine. I actually envy people who can function perfectly on only four or five hours of shut-eye...
