The crowd finally lost their cool today too, and right after Mark Kopljar started "pushing" Čupić, they actually started chanting Buntic's name... Honestly, if I were in Kopljar's shoes, I probably would've just called it quits and retired from the national team altogether 🤣🤣

I mean, a better coach wouldn't just leave his best players sitting on the bench for half the game... honestly, that’s the main reason we lost today, if you ask me.
And they probably would have actually drawn up a play or something for that poor guy.🤣
Man... as soon as some team picks him up (though I can't imagine who would be crazy enough), he'll mysteriously vanish from the national team and nobody will ever—thank God—have to hear about right winger Mark Kopljar again...
placidlynx17 said:honestly, you guys are getting old with this whole Mark Kopljar thing...
I mean, even if we had that unlucky guy on the roster, I'd still rather take the win if it meant having a coach who actually knows what he's doing. It's like choosing between a broken engine and a driver who can't find the gas pedal. ☕
man, what a joke... we're basically playing shorthanded on offense anyway...

Honestly, I can't even wrap my head around what the guy in the heavy jersey is thinking—even he must realize you can't sell a two-meter disaster like that to anyone. So why is he still on the court? What’s the actual motivation here? Just wondering how much cash they've flushed down the drain by now.
Man, that offense is stalling so hard it’s actually becoming a joke. But hey, what can we even do about it right now? We might as well save the venting for tomorrow since there's nothing we can change from our couches. Honestly, though, I'm just fed up with all these journalists. Not a single one of them has the guts to ask a question about that absolute moron. It’s like they’re all looking the other way. Just take a hike, you guys—there’s no room for mafia types in professional sports.
The real tragedy here is that the kid actually has serious talent. If he were playing elsewhere, he’d easily be one of the top players on the global stage. I mean, he's 6'11", for heaven's sake! Who is even going to contest his shot when he knows exactly where to set up? His shooting stroke is just pure—it's smooth, it's consistent, it just works. It’s honestly such a shame, though, seeing all that height and potential go to waste because he’s taking up a roster spot on the national team.

I mentioned this during the group stage discussion before things even kicked off... it’s totally possible we could see some major upsets in the final round of this group. It’s like watching a wild game of musical chairs where nobody knows when the music stops. ☕
Honestly, I'm crossing my fingers that the Spaniards can take both of them down. If they can knock them out, it would be like having a massive weight lifted off our shoulders... 🙂
I’m still sitting here rewatching the replay of that Spearman goal... I honestly can't believe my eyes. I keep checking the screen to see if it actually says Metličić 😁
Man, if he just had some more grit, he'd be pulling off moves like that all the time... 🙄
The Americans really fell apart there, but O'Meyer stepped up to defend them. Their coach actually managed to pull off a two-minute penalty, which was huge, and then the French squad went on a massive run to grab a three-point lead, so I guess that’s pretty much settled...

It’s funny how they were all acting like he was some kind of god when he carried us against Iceland and won that game, right?
John is a pure genius—it’s not for nothing he was named the greatest handball player ever. Man, he has one mediocre game and people act like he's finished. Where did all those MVP awards go that he basically earned single-handedly? ????
All we have left is the matchup against France, so I'm really hoping John makes up for all this noise today...
Daniel Cooper40 said:It’s honestly kind of silly that the last round of games isn't scheduled at the exact same time. We're playing the Americans during this slot, so we'll basically know exactly what we need to do before our own game even starts.

And hey, if we end up dropping one to France, we might still have a shot. We'd just need to beat the Americans, and then hope France loses to Iceland—or maybe Spain loses everything from here on out. It feels like a bit of a puzzle right now, but things should clear up after the next round since everyone is still very much in the hunt.
Man, there are so many ways this could play out by the end🙄
If I had to guess the most likely scenario... though wouldn't we be out anyway if France beats us? 😕
