Hey, I just got my allergy blood work back, and there’s this "dz 23" listed next to the diagnosis at the end. Does anyone know what that actually means? Thanks in advance.

The staff at the service counter needs some serious discipline. Everyone should be on the same page when it comes to how they treat customers. At the end of the day, it’s just a job, isn't it?

However, if you see an "R" instead, you aren't dealing with a package—it's a registered mail item, which means those $1.75 don't apply. Postal workers don't just make up fees on the spot; that's not how the system works. If you honestly suspect someone is overcharging you, don't just sit there—call the local USPS office immediately and have them clear it up. That $1.75 fee only kicks in for shipments marked with that capital "P".

I’m perfectly sane, and I get it: stuff happens. Packages get lost. But then what exactly am I paying the post office for? And why do rates keep climbing while the service seems to be sliding downhill?
Just because we don't live in a perfect world doesn't mean we shouldn't try to fix things, or just accept that sending anything through the mail is basically a gamble.
It’s funny how every time I send a postcard from the beach, it actually makes it to its destination, even if it's headed to a Small town in the Midwest. But the second I send something worth $33 or more? Poof. Gone. 🙄

We should aim for better, but we also need to make some noise when things go missing. Find out who's responsible and threaten to call the local news or hit them up on social media. Personally, I think anything of value should be sent via certified mail; people tend to be a bit more careful when there's a paper trail. As for the price hikes, it's simple math: costs go up, prices follow. That part is obvious.
If they catch a thief, fire them immediately.

This service is actually superior because you’re dealing with a parcel rather than just standard mail, which means the entire handling process is fundamentally different from the jump. Of course, in an ideal world, every single shipment would arrive exactly when it's supposed to. But we don't live in an ideal world. It sounds grim, but much like how data packets in a TCP/IP protocol are subject to errors and loss, physical shipments aren't immune to reality. People work, and people make mistakes—that’s why different shipping tiers even exist in the first place. If you aren't aware of that, are you even living in the real world?

Speaking as a complete amateur, looking at those granulocytes, I’d say your immune system seems a bit run down, though I have no clue why. Here is some info regarding the other numbers:

Low hematocrit levels suggest a shortage of red blood cells in circulation, or perhaps that they're being destroyed faster than the bone marrow can replace them. Another key indicator is hemoglobin levels. Bleeding is one of the most common reasons for a drop in hemoglobin. This could be sudden—like from a stomach ulcer—or slow, chronic micro-bleeding somewhere in the GI tract. For women, heavy or frequent periods are often the primary culprit behind low red blood cell and hemoglobin counts. Whether the anemia is acute or chronic, you really have to pin down the underlying cause. As for the IBM, I found that low values aren't usually clinically significant.

He can't just pocket the cash whenever he feels like it. It's not that simple. He's accountable; there’s a paper trail showing exactly how many packages he delivered and exactly how much money he owes the company based on those deliveries. It's not like he's just making up numbers on a whim.

The reason I brought up USPS was to point out the nonsense regarding monopolies that you blurted out. Nobody was talking about how strong a competitor they are, nor did anyone claim they were "real" competition—whatever definition of "real" you happen to be using. If the management and marketing at the post office weren't such a disaster, the clerks wouldn't be so rude; they'd act professionally and treat customers with actual decency. Users would actually be satisfied because the service would be competent and efficient. But according to your logic, the postal service should just stay stuck in the Middle Ages.🙄
