And honestly, when it comes to eating right, I always thought there would be some super easy, straightforward answers out there... but I’ve realized lately that the real deal involves actually sitting down and learning what everything is and what nutrients are packed into what, just so I can finally get my healthy meal prep organized properly. It all feels a little bit overwhelming and complicated

According to the research, in an environment like that, Vitamin C absorption is significantly reduced. It's interesting because Vitamin C is chemically almost identical to glucose—in fact, the body synthesizes Vitamin C from glucose, and other mammals can actually produce it themselves using glucose. Essentially, white blood cells end up grabbing the glucose instead of the Vitamin C.

haha!!! See, this is exactly why I love you guys, even when you drive me crazy 🙂) Just kidding... sorry, I totally misread what you meant there!

Ethan Garcia8 said:Why should I back you? Honestly, my advice would be to stick to the literature coming out of America instead of relying on local professors—especially in those scientific fields where we just don't have any notable track record or results. 😁

Honestly, it’s been common knowledge in the States for at least a decade now that you shouldn't go overboard with fruit consumption, yet people here still act like eating fruit is some kind of controversial scandal. 🙂
Around here, when you head to your primary care doctor with a common cold or a sore throat, they just tell you to load up on honey, tea, and lemon. It’s honestly a bit much. 😵

I mean, let's be real, people don't go around popping pills constantly like they do in America; their pharmacies are basically like our local convenience stores or drugstores... I don't necessarily think that's way better than a good old cup of tea and some lemon, either. Americans are just ahead of us because they're more developed, so they have more resources, but otherwise, I kind of think they're a pretty clueless nation.

Hey everyone! So, I’ve been thinking lately and I really want to dive into this whole "healthy eating" thing, but honestly? I am totally lost. Like, I have absolutely zero clue what counts as "proper" nutrition, let alone the actual rules of the game. I don't even know what foods are considered good for you versus what I should probably stay away from, or if there are even specific things I shouldn't be mixing together on my plate. I've finally made up my mind that I need to overhaul my habits and actually start taking care of myself, so I would be incredibly grateful if anyone could drop some wisdom or advice my way! Thanks so much!
