It’s actually super common for that stuff to trigger tinnitus, especially if your circulation is acting up too!
Every single time I get my back cracked or adjusted, the ringing dies down for a bit... at least for a little while!!!
The thing is, I've gotten so used to the constant buzzing that it actually feels weirdly quiet when the ringing finally stops for a second....😁 😂

Yeah, it can definitely be a spine or neck issue. My neck is a little misaligned, which basically chokes off the blood flow to my brain.
My first signs were this unbearable ringing—honestly couldn't tell if it was in my ears or deep in my head—plus dizziness, panic attacks, passing out, and pains at the base of my skull.
I'm doing better now, but things still go south if I spend way too much time sitting around or just idling.
Staying active and working really helps the most, though the tinnitus itself just won't quit...
You seriously can't let yourself obsess over it too much or you'll lose your damn mind, seriously.

Amy Jackson5 said:I actually did the color Doppler, and they said nothing was wrong. I have to admit, though, my spine is in pretty bad shape, and I haven't even done an X-ray on my vertebrae yet. I did get an MRI of my cervical spine, and one vertebra is slightly out of place, but even then, they tell me the headaches aren't coming from that.

Well, there you have it. My doctor told me the exact same thing—nothing serious—while I'm sitting here feeling absolutely miserable.
Even if the headaches aren't from the spine, they're probably coming from hemorrhoids.
Do you get any ringing in your ears too?
Your best bet is hitting up physical therapy to get that neck posture back where it belongs.
Down the road, you just need to stay active—walking, hitting the gym, whatever.
I started going to the gym regularly, and honestly, my circulation improved quite a bit; the headaches aren't hitting nearly as hard now.
You could also try some Ginkgo Biloba.

I’ve gone through every possible medical checkup you can imagine—skull scans, sinus exams, eye exams, MRIs—and every single result comes back perfect. But this headache? It’s absolutely killing me. Every day, the pain gets so intense I just want to give up. Let me try to describe it. Sometimes it feels like a stinging sensation in the top of my head, and other times it feels like there's fluid trapped in the back of my skull. I dealt with migraines a few months ago, but those luckily cleared up. Now, the real issue is my concentration. I can’t get anything done to save my life. It’s like I’m a magnet for bad luck lately; I keep attracting irritable people, and over the last two months, I’ve already been in three car accidents and wiped out on my bike once. I can barely write ten words without messing one up. So, how did this start? You might think I’ve lost my mind, but honestly, it felt like I was experiencing a shift in consciousness... though the transformation didn't quite take. I’ve seen a psychotherapist at least 20 times, and even he’s completely stumped. My neurologist just keeps handing me magnesium supplements, but they don't do a damn thing. This has been eating at me for six miserable months now. If anyone knows what might help, please, let me know. If my talk about higher consciousness doesn't make sense to you, there's a good description of it here: , 3. Power - MANIPURA chakra, the navel center, the fire center. I know what you're thinking—that I've gone crazy and an asylum is the only place for me—but please, just try to help and give me some advice. Thanks.

Have you had a color Doppler scan on your cranial blood vessels?
To me, it sounds like your brain isn't getting enough oxygen, most likely because of a misaligned cervical spine—you can check that with a neck X-ray.
A neurologist can use a Doppler to see the blood flow and exactly how much it's being restricted.
The symptoms are fucking hellish, they'll drive you insane.
