I rely on Carefree intimate wash and daily liners for my hygiene routine. I’ve been doing this for years now—and yeah, I know it isn't exactly "ideal"—but I just can't seem to break the habit. I’m trying to cut back, at least when I'm home, but if I'm heading out, they're a non-negotiable part of my kit; they just make me feel more secure. A friend of mine was told by her gynecologist that she should be using a specific intimate gel for the vulva area. Honestly, doctors seem to be split on the whole thing. So, who's actually right here? To add to the confusion, I've never really had issues before, but I recently dealt with an infection and was prescribed some vaginal suppositories—who knows what triggered it. The bottom line is, I simply can't bring myself to wash with just warm water.
I deal with painful periods too, and I’ve tried just about every pill under the sun to get some relief—but then an American pharmacist recommended Ketoral Forte. Once I take it, the pain just vanishes. It actually worked for me, which is saying something.
I haven’t ventured into chiropractic work, acupuncture, or even acupressure massage yet. Now I’m curious about the logistics—where should I actually go for this, what kind of damage am I looking at financially, and all that good stuff. Who is the right professional to contact regarding a chiropractor?
Hey. I’ve been dealing with a headache for seven months now—since last year. It’s a constant, daily grind that I just can’t stomach anymore; I used to be the picture of health, truly. This whole mess started after a trip to the pool during one of those unbearable heatwaves. I figured it would pass, but it hasn't. I saw a neurologist who ordered an X-ray of my cervical spine, a VEP, an EEG, and a TCD. All the results came back normal—though, notably, she didn't even suggest any medication at that stage. After taking those results back to the neurologist, she referred me for a CT scan, which I’ve been waiting eleven months for. My appointment isn't until February 26th. The pain is unpredictable—sometimes it’s one side of my head, other times it’s my eye or my ear... anything, really. It’s enough to drive you insane. My GP suggested I be admitted to the hospital for observation, but the neurologist wouldn't see me; they just gave me an injection and an IV and sent me home. Ten days ago, I went to a private clinic in Chicago for a neurological consultation. After a long discussion, the specialist suggested the cause might be extreme tension in my neck and shoulders. She prescribed Zaldiar for the pain and Helex at 0.25 mg to calm my nerves, suggesting there might be a psychosomatic component to all this. On top of that, she recommended getting a medical pillow and starting some relaxation exercises—yoga, Pilates, that sort of thing. None of the other medications worked, but Zaldiar seems to take the edge off slightly. I’m lost. I’m just praying the CT comes back clear because the fear that this is something serious is paralyzing. I even had my teeth checked—no cysts, no inflammation, everything is fine there. I honestly don't know what else to do. I'm exhausted, and frankly, I'm reaching a breaking point.
