Kids are happiest when they aren't in school, even if they're just sitting in a field staring at wildflowers.
But we aren't even debating trips to castles or caves here; we're talking about McDonald's. What category does that fall into?
A few years back, a colleague nearly lost it because her daughter came home with a note from her teacher asking for money for a field trip to the Turbo grinder. Very educational, wasn't it?
😂😂 oh please, I actually can't believe this. I get some pretty brainless field trip ideas from my high schoolers, but this... what did she even write in the gradebook?!!? A trip to the department store. It’s gotta be an urban legend. I practically had to kill myself trying to justify a trip to Disneyland, and she's out here planning a stroll through the local mall.
