You likely have a recovery partition where the Windows files are stored. I’d recommend checking your manual to see how to boot into the recovery environment; once you're in there, you should be able to perform a full reinstall of Windows.
Yeah, but you should definitely go for the Lite version since it’s totally free—you just have to make sure you select that specific option during the installation process.

That’s exactly my experience. I'll run CCleaner every once in a while to tidy things up, but honestly, that's about it. Beyond that, none of those various optimization programs have ever actually done anything meaningful for me.

Either you can just buy enough individual licenses to cover every machine you have, or better yet, sit down with an authorized Microsoft partner and negotiate a custom Volume License program.
As far as drivers go, you really want to make sure everything is fully installed.
Don't expect to find much useful on the DVD if you actually need something specific; you're better off just downloading everything directly from the manufacturer's website.
You'll need to install the drivers for the week separately.

It’s such a shame, too—I was actually really hyped for this, but now I honestly can't even bring myself to watch it.
I don't know, I have a gut feeling this movie is going to be a total disaster. To be fair, the trailer is somewhat interesting.
