Internet and gaming addiction: URGENT help needed!

My brother was completely addicted to gaming and the internet... he wouldn't talk to anyone, and even threats didn't do a thing. In the end, he had to check into a rehab facility on Main Street (I think someone already mentioned it earlier)... He spent months there, but honestly, things have finally started looking up.
