Is it actually possible for simple irritation of the clitoris to cause swelling and pain? I noticed yesterday that things are quite swollen down there, and honestly, just sitting down is incredibly uncomfortable because the pressure on the swelling is so intense... Would something like chamomile tea or any other herbal remedy help soothe the inflammation? There aren't any issues when it comes to urination, so that seems fine

I honestly think I’ve mastered the art of burying my emotions... It’s reached a point where even the people I interact with daily don't truly know me; they see a version of myself that feels entirely foreign to who I actually am. Not to mention how invisible I feel within my own family, almost as if my value is diminished simply because I don't fit the specific mold of what they imagine a young person should be... it’s left me with this lingering sense since childhood that no one really cares about how I feel, so I never quite learned how to open up to anyone.
Perhaps that’s why I come across as cold or indifferent, giving the impression that I lack empathy or just don't care about anything—but that couldn't be further from the truth. The reality is much simpler: I’ve spent my entire life learning to run from my feelings, having seen firsthand just how much damage they can do to a person's life...

I’m dealing with something somewhat similar, though perhaps not quite as intense as what you’re going through. My mother passed away, and my father is struggling with PTSD—even if he insists he moved past it years ago... He saw some of the worst combat zones out there, and now he can't sleep, lives with this heavy paranoia, and while he isn't aggressive, he’s just completely unreachable when you try to talk to him. He remarried, but that relationship isn't exactly thriving either, and I feel absolutely no connection to her... I have my own set of issues to unpack here too, which I'll get to
