I need it for my knee, though I’ve been getting some pain in my groin area too...
I’d really appreciate it if someone could help me make sense of this hand MRI. I’m in my late 20s and I’ve been dealing with issues in several joints for a few years now—still haven't gotten a solid diagnosis, unfortunately. To make matters worse, the pain was so bad I couldn't even finish the full scan, but I'm hoping there's something useful to be read from what we actually got.
Native MRI slices of the right hand—performed using T1 and T2 sequences along with coronal PD TSE fs; patient was unable to complete the planned examination due to pain.
From the sequences performed, signs of significant carpal coalition can be differentiated. As much as can be analyzed, the amount of lamellar fluid within the distal radioulnar joint and the area of the radiocarpal joint—specifically between the distal radius and the scaphoid bone—is non-significant. No evidence of inflammatory osteitis. No chronic structural changes in the form of erosions at the level of the distal radioulnar joint, the radiocarpal levels, the small carpal joints, or the visualized MCP and PIP joints. No signs of acute inflammation in the small carpal joints or the MCP and PIP joints. A minimal amount of fluid is present at the MCP level and the 1st carpometacarpal joint, which is considered non-significant.
The visualized flexor and extensor tendons show maintained continuity, with no clearly visible or significant tenosynovitis.
Anyone down for some low-key, mindless chatter? Or maybe we actually meet up in person? Just a 29-year-old guy here from Washington, D.C.—someone who’s starting to have some serious doubts about whether Santa Claus even exists. I’m bringing good vibes, some terrible jokes, and an anecdote so tragic it'll probably have you weeping crystal tears into this freezing winter night. No hookups, though.
Looking for someone to just hang out and vibe with here in New York City. I’m a 29-year-old guy—big fan of hip hop and honestly, just looking for someone who doesn't take life too seriously and loves a good laugh.
So, I'm a 29-year-old living in New York City, just looking to find some new people to hang with. Looking for folks who actually want to get out of the house—catch a movie, grab a coffee, or maybe just find some trouble to get into over the weekend. Lately, I’ve been deep-diving into psychology books, doing some writing, and getting lost in atmospheric thrillers. Huge hip-hop head here too—I love throwing down some freestyles—so if you happen to play an instrument, we might actually make something cool happen through some improv sessions 😉. I smoke occasionally, but mostly I stay away from booze... I'm definitely not the type to go hard at every single party. If anyone's interested, hit me up in my inbox and let's see where it goes .
Honestly, I am so done with this whole COVID situation—it’s officially getting on my last nerve. If anyone is looking to just hang out and kill some time, hit me up in the chat. I'm a 28-year-old guy living in New York City. Not being picky or anything, just looking for some decent company. 😉.
Just some guy from Washington, D.C., 28 years old. I’ve been kind of drifting away from my old crowd lately—trying to find people who actually vibe with who I am now. Honestly, I’d much rather be alone than stuck in bad company, but there are those days where even the solitude gets old and you just want to share something new with someone.
Lately, I’ve been spending my time reading, writing, and occasionally playing a pretty terrible game of chess. I'm looking for someone who doesn't see the point in constant gossip or complaining about everything—someone who’s actually focused on growth and moving forward. You know, Amor Fati and all that.
I'm 20-something, I guess. Looking for anyone else who feels way older than their actual age.
Living in Washington, D.C., 27 years old, and honestly just looking for a crew for beers, movies, hitting the town... I’ve drifted from my old group—you know how it is, you gotta grow and evolve or you just stagnate. Full disclosure, I deal with some social anxiety, if that matters to anyone, but don't worry—I'm not looking for a shoulder to cry on or a constant venting session about life's misery. I actually know how to listen when people talk, and I genuinely try to be a decent human being. If you vibe with any of this, hit me up in my inbox 🙂
So, I'm 25, living in Washington, D.C., and my current circle is basically dissolving because everyone's suddenly "finding themselves" or whatever—different interests, different vibes, blah blah blah. So, yeah, I'm looking for some new blood. Honestly? I don't care if you're a guy or a girl. What I *really* want is someone completely irresponsible, a bit immature, and someone who puts material things above everything else. Basically, someone who’s constantly wasted and needs to be the loudest person in the room just to feed that massive ego.
I've got a thing for practical philosophy and psychology—it keeps my brain from melting—but you can also find me catching a movie or losing track of time in a club. If you're down for that kind of chaos and you're within about 4 years of my age, hit me up.
I’m actually gonna show up today! I know, I know—I said I was coming last time too, but life just kept getting in the way and I couldn't make it happen.
Is there gonna be any younger blood around here? Like, people actually in their early twenties? I really don't want to spend my whole life being surrounded by dinosaurs.😬
I'm trying to book an appointment at the Mayo Clinic via email, and it says I need to provide my referral for them to review. Do I actually need to scan the whole thing, or is it enough if I just type out the diagnosis from the referral?
The '60s: You've got the Velvet Underground and The Beatles—I mean, talk about legends, they basically rewrote the rulebook for everyone else—plus Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin The '70s: Black Sabbath, AC/DC, and King Crimson The '80s: The Smiths, The Cure, and The Pixies—who, honestly, just blended everything together so perfectly that they became one of the most vital acts of the decade, if not the whole damn century. Then you have The Stone Roses, who, alongside Happy Mondays and La's, really started laying the groundwork for what would eventually turn into Britpop, plus Melvins The '90s: La's, who managed to shake up the entire scene with just a single album, and then of course there's Oasis
