As for the delivery side of things—sure, you can do it, but it shouldn't be classified as a mobile retail unit. Honestly, you just need to decide if that vehicle is actually yours or if it belongs to your company. 🙄
Not every single commercial space falls under Boeing regulations, right?
It’s only those where actual retail happens... because there are customers involved, isn't there?😁
As for deliveries—sure, you can do it, but it can't serve as a mobile storefront. I mean, is the vehicle actually yours or does it belong to the company? You need to make up your mind.🙄
It's a tough call.😬
The issue is what exactly that vehicle is being used for if it isn't company property.
What am I even supposed to list as my business premises if the entire model relies on delivering goods directly to the client?🤷
Quick question, maybe a bit basic...
A wholesale warehouse is subject to Boeing (minimum technical requirements) whenever customers actually show up on-site.
But what happens if customers aren't walking through the doors? If we’re just shipping everything out directly from the warehouse instead? Does the facility still have to meet those Boeing standards in that scenario?
One more thing—can the delivery vehicle be a personal car (like the director's) that isn't officially listed on the company's assets?
And could that be classified as a "mobile point of sale" (as noted in internal documents for tax/receipting purposes)?
thanks
Is there actually a customs duty on toys now? I don't recall there ever being one before.
What kind of fees are we looking at for various amendments, like adding new business activities or appointing a new CEO?
Also, how does someone who isn't the director actually get the authority to sign off on invoices, tax filings, and other official forms? Is there a standard contract template used for notary authentication? What’s the cost for that kind of change? And does that person have to be an actual employee of the company?
And why is it that the average person hits a wall of red tape just trying to hide a hundred bucks from the IRS, while someone like Kutler can pull off a sixteen thousand dollar tax dodge without anyone batting an eye?
So, things are starting to get even weirder...
I already dropped my thoughts on that thread. Accounting..
So, I noticed that on the subforum's main index page, my username is showing up as the last person to post in the thread. Is that just how the site works, or is something glitching? The tax rate for small business owners? It’s basically a joke. At this point, you're just working to fund everyone else's lifestyle. Well, this isn't even on topic. Accounting. Where was the last post where you could see Doug's username?
Then, once I actually click on the thread... The tax rate for small business owners? It’s basically a joke. Where exactly is my username showing up as the last one? Open up the thread where the most recent post was made by Doug Kutler.
That’s pretty strange. 🤣
Why did my username end up on the wrong thread? And why is it that when I actually click on this specific topic, my name isn't even showing up there?
Where the hell is my post? And who on earth is Doug? 🤣
Is there some kind of common thread connecting all these technical glitches...
Or am I just supposed to start a brand new thread for every little thing?
I couldn't find a dedicated space for this, so if one exists, please just merge them.
I actually posted over in the Entrepreneurship, Accounting, and Tax subforum,
but the post is nowhere to be found. My username shows up as the last activity on the index page, but when I click through to my actual question, it's just gone.
What's going on here?
I could really use a quick answer—I need to hide some minor tax details and I can't get anything done like this.😁

In my house, depression isn't even recognized as a real thing. To them, depression is just a fancy excuse for being lazy. So, most of the time, I just pretend I’m fine when I’m absolutely not. I’m constantly surrounded by people who don't get it and, frankly, don't even try to understand. Sometimes I try to find some silver lining. I tell myself that because of how I see the world, I have more empathy and compassion for people struggling with their own issues. But then there are moments where I just hate it. I hate that I lack that relentless hunger for life, for status, or for material wealth. If I actually gave a damn about those things, maybe I’d be more motivated to grind through these brutal exams. Maybe I’d be more driven to chase success just to impress everyone else—to graduate fast, land some high-powered corporate job, and act like the young, ambitious, slightly arrogant girl my family expects me to be. But every time I start thinking about wanting that life, I stop. I think about all the "successful" people I know. I see how they treat others, or how they've treated me. I see their worldview. And that desire to be like them just vanishes. Because to get everything they have, you have to be at least a little bit like them—and I could never be that arrogant or cold-hearted.
I spend most of my life stuck in this constant tug-of-war. On one side, there’s what society defines as success—that relentless pressure to climb the ladder and accumulate status. On the other, there’s my own definition of success, which feels far too small for most people because it focuses on actually being a decent human being. The problem is, every single time I’ve tried to take the high road—even when people were throwing stones at me—I ended up looking like a complete fool. I forgave, I backed down, I played nice. And you know what? Those exact same people are now considered "more successful" than I am by every superficial metric out there. They have the bigger bank accounts, the fancy degrees, and the social standing. It’s infuriating. It isn't fair. There are moments when I feel this intense urge to just be arrogant, to go out there and aggressively prove that I can play their game better than they can, just so they can't laugh behind my back. But then reality hits. I know deep down that true happiness doesn't come from winning some hollow competition or stacking up wealth and accolades. Even if I had all that material stuff, I wouldn't be happy without peace of mind. That's the part they don't understand.
The whole concept of "struggling to make it" is just absurd. I can’t even wrap my head around it at home, and whenever I try to bring up the topic, people look at me like I've lost my mind. I get why, though. They don't actually contemplate life—they don't see its breadth or its depth. To them, life is just what's happening right this second; it’s one endless, exhausting grind. I absolutely despise this way of living and these shallow values. Honestly, day by day, I’m losing my will to live or even bother fighting for anything, because I feel like I have nothing worth fighting for. People spend their entire lives clawing for existence, chasing possessions, and then trying to build a life around those things. I couldn't care less. And I refuse to be some "outcast" surrounded by people who will judge me for the rest of my life just because I lack that specific brand of ambition. Let me be clear: I am not lazy. I love working. At home, I’m the one doing all the cleaning, tidying, and cooking, and I actually take pride in it. I enjoy working at the local florist—anything, really. But when it comes to college and the motivation to actually graduate? It's zero. I am terrified of stepping into that world of corporate lions, constant rivalry, and forced politeness where you have to play nice with a boss who is clearly a total jerk, someone who does nothing but chase profit and wants to exploit you for the lowest possible wage.
I would never do anything drastic; that’s just not who I am. But I'll admit, there are plenty of mornings where I wish I hadn't woken up at all.
The fallout from all this is that I simply don't trust anyone. Most of my friendships feel fake and insincere, mostly because I’m not being sincere with them either. I have this nagging feeling that every time I show even a hint of vulnerability, people are just waiting for the chance to gloat or lecture me, just so they can feel better about themselves—like, "Oh, she's having a harder time than I am." I don't trust anyone, and lately, it's getting out of hand. I have no desire to socialize anymore. It’s all just exhausting and pointless.
Look, you aren't exactly in the majority, but you aren't so alone that you have to carry the "weirdo" label either. Whether that label sticks—meaning whether it bothers you or not—is entirely up to you. Your own value system would probably feel a lot more sustainable if you could just find a bit of self-confidence. But then again, how does one actually get there?😁
It's only natural that mental health struggles bleed into every other part of your life, especially your social circles.
analogpuma54 said:Hey everyone, I started hitting the gym about four months ago. My goal was simple: bulk up. I’m 6'1" and was sitting at only 132 lbs back then. Now I'm up to 145. A couple of months ago, I picked up some since I found it at a steal. Is this stuff actually okay to use? Should I be looking for something "better"? I don't really know much about this stuff, but a buddy suggested I try it. I'm in the gym two or three times a week, and on my off days, I do some solo workouts at home.
The quality differences are pretty negligible; most of it is essentially the same thing. Just watch your dosage—finding the right ratio is what actually matters.👍
Kimberly Harris6 said:It’s always better to include as much as possible during the initial registration. Why bother later when making changes usually ends up being incredibly expensive?
And how exactly is that supposed to help me? I don't have a crystal ball😁
Besides that, I included everything I could think of that I might one day want to do, but here we are... I've officially started chasing the impossible.😁
Justin Hayes37 said:If you happen to be near the border, just head to any local bank; they'll swap them out for you easily without charging a dime.
I guess that’s an option... but are we actually certain their banks will even touch those bills?
What about the US dollar? Is it only good for nothing?
So, does a bank actually charge a fee just to swap out some bills that have a little bit missing?
I’ve got some US dollar bills that ended up with holes in them from a heavy-duty paper puncher I was using—not sure what you call those things exactly.😁
Every single bill just has one tiny little hole right at the top edge; it doesn't touch the serial numbers, any text, or the portraits.
Is there going to be some kind of service fee for getting these replaced?
Charles Howard74 said:like $1200 , plus getting the business registered
Are we talking just about the re-registration, or the whole package?
They're really taking him for a ride.😁
Kimberly Harris6 said:You can technically start performing the activity on the day you actually file the request for re-registration—you don't necessarily have to wait for the official approval to come through. So, if you submit the application now, you shouldn't be in violation of any laws, provided you meet all the other standard requirements for that line of work. As for the consequences? There will definitely be a fine, though I couldn't tell you exactly how much.
You should probably take a look at something like the Uniform Commercial Code or relevant federal trade regulations to find the specific clause you're worried about.
Does anyone know how long this whole re-registration process actually drags on if you use a notary public?
And what's the standard procedure for adding a new board member or director to the books?
