Motion sickness while driving in Health ·
I honestly find myself getting sick sometimes too if the drive lasts more than a few hours. People always tell me ginger is the way to go for that, but I haven't actually given it a shot yet.

I'm with Nicholas Gonzalez8 on this one—leadership matters. You can't just drift through; you have to become the person who actually dictates the pace of the game. Once they see that you’ve got a real vision and a plan in place, they’ll start following your lead...
I wouldn't touch that card if I were you; you're just going to end up corrupting the data even further. Just Google 'SD card data recovery' and see what comes up. Honestly, if you aren't really comfortable navigating computer hardware, it might be best to find someone who actually knows their way around a PC to help you out...

Either cut them loose or give them a taste of their own medicine. Disgusting liars like that don't deserve anything less.

It's dry, it's dusty, the nights are long and cold. Your life feels like a wasteland, and you're terrified of getting older. You can hear the clock ticking like a sledgehammer hitting stone; just remember—you aren't in this by yourself, you aren't alone, you aren't alone. Come on! Can you hear it? Moby Dick. Get up right now and fight back; wipe those fake, plastic smiles off their faces. You crawled out of the ocean with a pulse that was slow and weak. You stood up on two legs, put on some clothes, and learned how to talk. And yet, you ended up discarded in a place they have the nerve to call "home." Remember this—you aren't alone, you aren't alone, you aren't alone. Come on! Can you hear it? Moby Dick. Get up and fight back; wipe those plastic smiles away. Why bother listening to these losers who still treat you like a damn child? Better find a different frequency; tune in to Moby Dick, the call of Moby Dick. They'll swear they love you, the same way a spider loves a fly. They promise you safety, but they won't even look you in the eye. Manipulated, regulated, crippled, and controlled—remember this: you aren't alone, you aren't alone, you aren't alone. Come on! Can you hear it? Moby Dick. Stand up and fight back and destroy those plastic smiles. Why listen to the losers who still treat you like a child? Just tune in to Moby Dick, the call of Moby Dick.

I haven't personally dealt with a situation quite like this, but I can offer some general perspective. It really all comes down to your own self-perception; they’re just going to mirror whatever you project and exploit any cracks in your confidence. Once you start truly valuing yourself, you'll find you have the clarity to react appropriately. You also need to establish authority—make sure they understand that you’re the one with the experience and that without your guidance, they’re essentially lost. Fear is a powerful motivator, and if you have to be blunt or use a bit of biting sarcasm to show them what's actually coming for them in life, then do it. Don't give them the satisfaction of seeing how much you care, either; don't let them see that their behavior affects you. When they realize you're just ignoring them and staying wrapped up in your own world, they'll start paying attention. It's a bit like those old-school trainers back in Sapientia who used to handle unruly dogs. If you're dealing with teenagers specifically, though, I'd suggest a more level approach—treat them more like peers and leverage that innate teenage desire to fit in with the crowd.
That sounds a lot like depersonalization. I actually went through something similar a few years back—it felt like solipsism syndrome, which is pretty much in the same ballpark...
I’m not entirely sure how much scientific consensus there actually is on this, but you often hear people arguing that latency is a direct trigger for aggression. For instance, there's that old theory suggesting that individuals struggling with latent homosexuality might manifest more aggressive homophobic tendencies than others. Even things like hitting someone in the groin could be interpreted as a twisted, ambivalent craving for intimacy. It’s basically that whole "fighting is just a misunderstood way of showing affection" cliché. Of course, then there are the times when it’s nothing more than straight-up sadism or pure psychopathy...

I honestly thought Moldy bread was some band from an island town somewhere, maybe some group trying way too hard to pull off a reggae vibe. It honestly surprises me they had the nerve to release that track by such a massive pop culture icon; I bet they rubbed a lot of people the wrong way with that move. 😁

Wait, so is that their own original stuff? 😲 I’ve heard them before, but I honestly thought they were some local American band. They’re actually way too good... 👏

Whenever I find myself staring at an empty fridge, I can't help but think back to that old "peanut butter and jelly" mentality they used to talk about...🤣
