Hello, a family member has been diagnosed with glioblastoma. Taking higher doses of Dexamethasone seems to be triggering depression, fear, and anxiety. Is there anything that can be taken to eliminate these side effects, or at least take the edge off? He refuses psychiatric help and won't touch psychotropic medication. Is there anything natural out there?

Does anyone have experience ordering furniture through Amazon? I’ve spotted two sofas with incredible designs—really high-end looking pieces. For instance, if a sofa costs $1167 including shipping, how much extra would I be hit with in import duties and taxes once it hits the US? I understand the rules for small parcels, but for something this bulky, I'm completely in the dark. If anyone can shed some light on this, I'd truly appreciate the help! 🙏
Since I’m also a newly pregnant woman, I find it incredibly grating when people who haven't even given birth act like experts on my body and how I feel. What bothers me most is being treated like I’m made of glass; everyone tries to hover and prevent me from doing anything, yet I haven't felt this good in a long time. No morning sickness, maybe just a bit of nausea in the evening, and my energy levels are fine. It’s not like I’m running marathons, but I am perfectly capable of staying active and handling my daily routine.
