Lone Wolves in Spirituality ·
I think they’re actually more connected than most people realize 🙂
Solitude is such a vital thing, yet it feels like it's slipping through our fingers more and more in this modern world.
You come into this life alone, and you leave it alone.

Honestly, my favorite way to be is just hanging out with my cats... there isn't any sadness or anxiety they can't chase away 🙂

I truly believe the entire cosmos is interconnected, both in its physical structure and its spiritual essence. There is a core within the universe from which we draw all our strength and inspiration; it’s a constant pull, and I can feel the power and values it radiates to maintain universal balance. I haven't fully unlocked the secrets of this core, but when I try to define it physically, I think of it as light. When I try to grasp it spiritually, it reveals itself as beauty and compassion. Anyone who holds this conviction feels a sense of true strength. Their work becomes a source of joy because they realize they are just one note in a vast, universal harmony.”

~ Nikola Tesla

Really good stuff, really beautiful... 🙂
Maybe that’s the secret. People like Albert Einstein and Nikola Tesla just didn't let success go to their heads. They didn't get complacent.
They kept that bit of self-doubt alive... which isn't easy at all.
That's how they let their talent really take flight...
Are men more spiritual than women? in Spirituality ·
The rise of these "mainstream" religions basically paved the way for patriarchy... Christianity, Islam.

Back then, women were totally equal to men. They hunted alongside them, fought in battles, and held vital roles in spiritual practices... I honestly don't see why they'd be any less capable of spirituality unless it's forced upon them... or if they just accept that narrative.

Power is the root of everything here. We all stem from it, so I really don't believe anyone is "handicapped" by their gender in that context...🙂

Interesting thought... seems like it’s usually the woman who ends up being the source of all the drama for a man.😁

Totally agree that it’s probably just a guy's ego driving him to act like some kind of guru... just to get women on his side.🙂

Constantly measuring your own existence against someone else's is nothing more than a recipe for misery, heartache, and pure frustration.

But if everyone posting here actually took a moment to compare their lives to the billions of people across the globe, they would realize just how incredibly fortunate they truly are and how many advantages they possess compared to the rest of humanity.

"Woe is me, I don't have what they have... woe is me..." 🤣

Kudos to you. You're one of those rare people with the right perspective on life—the only way to look at it, if you ask me. I've tried saying something similar before, but apparently, it wasn't the "right answer." 🙂

The worst was when my sister—whose ex-best friend turned into this horrible snob I can't even stand to be around anymore, such a shame because he used to be a great guy...—told me how he's losing his mind at home. She said he feels like a total failure at 30 just because he's driving a Volkswagen Golf and can't afford an Audi A6. Apparently, that car is the only way to prove success and feel better about himself... in front of the neighbors and whatever... so sad :/
