Maybe hang in there a bit longer? (Or if things get really dark, talk to a therapist). I had the same thing happen with Cymbalta, but I've been on it for over a year now and those depressive lows just aren't as bad anymore.

For me, those first two months were a depressive nightmare, but things finally leveled out after that.

Can meds (especially sleep aids) cause sleep paralysis, like, almost every single night?
