El Paso Defense Command: "We want the names of the aggressors, war criminals, deserters, and profite

Justin Wilson said:It seems like in America, the only things the government actually wants to make public are veteran registries and debtor lists. This sudden urge from the authorities to drag their own people through the mud is... unusual, to say the least.
The El Paso Defense Command has requested the publication of the following:
1. A full list of everyone involved in the privatization era—specifically their roles and the exact dollar amounts involved.
2. All members of the Aggressor Name military during the Homeland War, including details on any final convictions for crimes committed during the Homeland Defense War (this should include those still evading American justice).
3. Every American citizen who failed to respond to mobilization during the Homeland Defense War, including the specific names of the politicians and officials responsible.
4. A list of all judicial officers involved in the political trials that resulted in convictions during the former era.
5. Everyone who held positions within the intelligence agencies of the old regime, specifically naming those who ordered or carried out liquidations both domestically and abroad.
6. Anyone who was permitted to swap private stock portfolios for shares in the State Insurance Company.
7. The asset registry for the former Communist Party of America and its successor, the Social Democratic Party, covering 1988 to 1991, along with a complete record of all property holdings and financial transactions from 1988 through 2013.
3. No one was actually obligated to report for duty because, under the laws at the time, it wasn't a punishable offense. Even if the official calls suggested otherwise and the public was terrified, many of those people were labeled as "volunteers" in the media when, in reality, they weren't volunteers at all—they were simply forced to go out of fear!
What legal label would you even apply to them now?
Your second point is fine, but where are the transaction records for the Republican Party?
