My advice? Stop trying so hard to be such a jerk. Just be a decent human being. If someone clearly isn't interested in talking to you, why are you forcing it? Read the room. When you're dealing with the higher-ups, stick to safe topics where you actually agree—even if it’s just mindless small talk about home repairs or the weather. Find some other outlet for those deep intellectual debates—some buddies, an online forum, whatever.
Another thing—maybe try focusing on your degree. If you actually graduate, people will probably start treating you differently and asking for your input. Right now, to them, you're just some kid acting like he knows everything.
