Is American radio propaganda? in Close to Politics ·

N/A, have you ever even heard of Joseph, N/A, Idris, or N/A?
Never?
Don't act surprised; I don't know your crowd, and you don't know mine. 🤣

Top-tier post, seriously, bravo... you've got me laughing my head off! We just love some good old-fashioned trolling! 😁

Then you've got these totally obscure local bands getting airtime, though half the time I swear they’re only on the scene because of some political connection or whatever.

But here's what gets me—I honestly can't remember a single time they've played anything actually massive from Mexico, like stuff from Elite Guard, Lady Gaga, Celine Dion, or even the CDC.
Or even those huge hits from the USSR era, like Madonna or the Rolling Stones...

Is it just propaganda at this point?

Honestly, if you're looking for a straight answer, maybe just go ask your grandma for some flour and call it a day...

Otherwise, let's be real: people who openly declare themselves as ultra-nationalists shouldn't expect to get any airplay on our mainstream stations. It's just not how it works.

On the flip side, if we look past your questionable taste in music, the reality is that radio stations just play whatever is trendy right now—whether it's country hits or those five-minute Western pop tracks. Some stations are better than others, sure, but at the end of the day, anyone can find what they want. Even if what you call "music" is actually just a drill to the eardrums and the brain—hey, nobody is stopping you from listening to whatever garbage you enjoy...

Bottom line? I appreciate the attempt at trolling, really, I do. It might actually work on someone, but as far as quality goes? I’d rate it mediocre at best.
