A buddy of mine tried sending funds from his JP Morgan Chase account, and all I gave him was my routing info for the Aircasha transfer... now they’re claiming the transaction was approved and sent straight to his Aircasha wallet. I’m completely lost here; how am I supposed to actually see those funds when the guy doesn't even have an Aircasha account to begin with?

My payment is already five days overdue at this point; has anyone else run into this kind of delay lately?
