At your age, you probably should've already been dealing with prostate issues—they usually start showing up even before 21—so, if I were you, I’d probably suggest a quick trip to the doctor. 😲
It’s a similar story over by the downtown square—though I suppose that area isn't quite as densely populated, specifically around the old Boeing building. I pass through there pretty often, and if we're talking about noise levels, it actually feels worse there; the ground is incredibly uneven because it's all paved with those heavy concrete blocks, so delivery carts make a hell of a racket.
I'm not entirely sure what things have been like lately or if anything has actually changed.
The reality is that while delivery crews deal with their own headaches regarding timing and permits, they really ought to show a bit more consideration for everyone else. Other people are working too, you know. Just imagine being someone finishing a night shift, finally getting home hoping for a few hours of sleep, only to be stuck waiting for these guys to wrap things up.
If there’s actual will, there are solutions—for instance, switching to rubber wheels on the carts, or maybe using some kind of protective matting or strips on the pavement... it wouldn't be that difficult to manage...
