It really all comes down to the doctor's call. I’ve read about cases where they just decide the fever is coming from a sinus infection and tell you to stay home and manage it. No testing required.

I honestly don't think we're ever going to get a straight answer from the officials on this one. Plenty of Washington, D.C. residents own property outside the city limits all over the United States. If they let everyone grab a permit to head out into nature, the whole city would basically be wide open. Their real goal seems to be keeping the big cities locked down to prevent people from moving around too much.

Let's try to clear up this confusion about heading out into the field for some fresh air.

Basically, if I live in Municipality A, but I own land over in Municipality B, and I need a permit to travel to Municipality B—who am I actually supposed to deal with? Do I go to the local Emergency Management headquarters in Municipality A, or should I be contacting the authorities in Municipality B?

And what does "getting a permit" actually entail here? Am I asking Municipality A for permission to leave, or am I asking Municipality B for permission to enter?
