And honestly, I don't see many serious, long-term users getting banned—and those are the ones most likely to actually pay for a service like this. A Troll with three posts isn't exactly going to be upgrading their inbox size...

If people were paying, they’d probably get (hopefully) better servers or a newer version of the forum that actually works properly. Then, if donations dropped, there wouldn't be enough money to maintain all that high-end stuff 🙂 Personally, all I do is troll—I've got plenty of receipts to prove it 😁 so I definitely need that bigger inbox

If you’re gonna start charging people, then you better start paying the moderators to actually do their jobs—you know, so this feels like a real community and everything actually runs smoothly 🙂 There's way too much work involved here...

Look, he was suggesting we could have some sort of Verizon tier, and you compared it to a site where everyone pays a sub—where obviously, getting banned is still on the table. You didn't pay to be exempt from the rules—you paid for what I actually listed: a bigger inbox, zero ads, a larger avatar, a bigger signature...

Your example is like the Yankees 😁 If you lose the fans (users) who actually bring in cash, you end up having to sell off all your star players (VIP users) just to keep the club (the forum) afloat. I just don't know what the forum would even have left to sell after that...

Honestly, I’d cap the emojis at maybe five per post just to stop people from making posts like 😁. Also, when you quote someone, it should automatically strip out all their emojis so you can actually use your own without the clutter.
