I set up a family plan with access to Germany, and they actually reached out via video call... The problem is, they don't speak any English and are refusing to go through the verification process. They won't even let anyone translate for them! What on earth am I supposed to do with that?

My physical card finally showed up. But I didn't pay my monthly rent or Netflix bill with Chime, so now those aren't working. What’s the easiest way to fix this? Can I use my savings account to cover it?
Also, if I have cash on me, can I deposit it at an ATM?
