I'm terrified of dying

Regarding what I can offer, I went through something very similar recently, and honestly, it’s something I still struggle with from time to time. What you're describing sounds like existential anxiety—that heavy feeling where you start asking endless questions and realize there just aren't many solid answers out there. My advice? Sit down somewhere comfortable, put on some low-key music, take deep breaths, and just focus on the breathing itself. That’s step one. Panicking isn't going to solve anything. After that, get outside. Head to a local park, find a trail, or hit a playground and go for a run or a bike ride. Push yourself physically; really test your limits. There are moments when life feels completely meaningless to me, too. But that strange, hollow sensation—that sense of emptiness and eternal darkness we both seem to feel—tends to fade when you realize how many different ways there are to actually experience living. You can pursue what you love, and the world around us is genuinely unique and beautiful. For me, sports are a massive lifesaver. I set specific goals for myself, and I always walk away from a workout feeling more grounded. Yoga has also been a game-changer for me. These days, I keep myself busy with about half a dozen hobbies, including bonsai, volunteering, photography, cycling, hiking, swimming, and martial arts training. 👍
As for professional help, if you're considering seeing a psychologist, I definitely recommend finding a good psychotherapist. It can be expensive, sure, but it's worth it if you feel like you can't piece everything back together on your own. Psychologists are truly great people—highly trained professionals who are specifically equipped to help navigate exactly these kinds of situations. 🙂
