I'm with you on that. 🙏

And enough with this idea of "accidental" bodybuilding that every woman seems terrified of.
The reality is that those transformations happen overnight, not after years of grinding and effort.
The only actual bodybuilders are the fools who obsess over it. Everyone else just ends up looking buff seemingly by accident without even realizing they did it.
Most people don't have the training, the diet, the supplements, or the gear. They definitely don't have enough testosterone to pack on that kind of muscle.

Exactly. That’s the mindset. Women think, "I’m working my tail off in the gym lifting heavy weights, and I haven't turned into a bodybuilder after five months—I just look toned."🙏

Because I ordered the hazelnut, chocolate, and vanilla all at once just to test them out.😁

Pro.Nutrition is the real deal. It’s officially the last whey protein I’m ever buying. Honestly, the flavors are great too... I’ve cycled through hazelnut, chocolate, and vanilla so far. Hazelnut was a winner—tastes a lot like a Nutella spread 😍. Chocolate is decent enough, but I’m skipping the vanilla from now on; just wasn't my thing.

What flavors are you guys liking? I’ve heard people raving about cranberry and cappuccino... I can't imagine eating cranberry, so maybe cappuccino would work, or maybe strawberry?

goldenangler4 said:Not quite... If it's over $333 they ship it via City Express on their dime. Under a thousand bucks and they'll ship it however you want... For example, they sent me a kilo of whey through City Express and I only paid about $5 🙂

Fair enough 😉 because I paid about 45 bucks for 3 kg

Carl Taylor said:They mostly use FedEx, so it usually shows up the next day. Shipping is about 30-$17 bucks.

It depends on how fast you want it. If you’re in a rush, they'll send it via FedEx and you cover the shipping. Otherwise, if you order up to $333 proteins, they just use standard USPS and pick up the shipping costs themselves. At least, that's what a lady told me once...

Sam Roberts said:I don't really get what that sentence means.

So he takes them daily. In the morning, he mixes them into milk with some oatmeal—no added sugar there. On training days, he mixes them with water and some dextrose right after his workout. Clear enough now? 🙂

What’s the actual sweet spot for hitting my whey and glucose after a session? Sometimes I jump straight into about 45 minutes of cardio right after lifting.

Based on all the bodybuilding and gym forums I've spent way too much time reading...

The one-hour window post-workout is the rule. If the session drags past an hour, you probably need some juice or a banana to keep things moving. Correct me if I'm wrong...
It really just comes down to how hard you hit the weights and how intense that cardio is afterward.

Edward Mitchell4 said:I’m using Dymatize Elite Whey. It’s fine on its own with water—got a blueberry flavor or something similar—but once I load it up with glucose, it’s way too sweet. Using milk feels like a bad move since the absorption is slower. Anyone got advice? Do I have to mix this in just a few ounces of water, or can I toss it into a liter and just sip on it for half an hour?

Look, I drink a ton of water. I usually mix mine in about four ounces, then just keep sipping plain water alongside it... 😂 So, yeah, you should be fine. 😍

Sam Roberts said:Maybe he should save the drinking for after his workouts on the days he's actually being difficult.

Read my post more carefully. I clearly stated she drinks after every workout, and every single morning too.😉

Sam Roberts said:And how many protein shakes are we talking per day??

Not every day. Maybe two or four times a week. I mostly try to get everything from actual food. I'll grab one after a heavy workout. For the guys, though, they probably need them more...
He drinks his in the morning with oatmeal and then again after training. On days he actually works out, it seems like he just sticks to the morning one...

ironwolf52 said:I didn't have any time, so I just ran to the drugstore and grabbed one of those overpriced Spirulina shakes—basically like those Herbalife meal replacements.
It’s tasty enough 🙏 + I guess it keeps me full for about 5 hours 😁
But there are so few vitamins and minerals in it that I worry if it's actually okay to skip eating after having one.

How do you even go five hours without eating?? 😁 I need to eat something every two hours.😲

Mayor, it's no problem at all. 😉

Gary Nelson2 said:Thanks. I might just have them mail it to me in Chicago—I'll need to check what the shipping costs look like. I'll look into it.

Look, I was in a rush so I had them use FedEx overnight since that's what I wanted. It seems like if you order through $333, they handle the shipping for free... Apparently, for orders under $333, they use standard USPS and it looks like they cover the postage 👍

Man, that sounds absolutely brutal 😲 and honestly, if I had a choice, I wouldn't recommend it at all 🤷

Gary Nelson2 said:Can someone walk me through this? If I sign up for the $67 annual membership, how does the online ordering work? And what’s the deal with the 7 kg price for $45? I'm lost...

It works like this: You pay for the $67 membership and that already covers 1 kg of whey. For anything up to 7 kg, the price is $50, and if you go over 7 kg, it hits $45... I personally grabbed 3 kg for $167 (that includes the $67 membership plus $150 for the other 2 kg). Honestly, if I hadn't joined, it would have been $17 cheaper, but since I plan on sticking with them long-term, it makes sense. The membership lasts a full year. If you bundle an order for 7 kg, the savings are huge...

You can also just find their number online and give them a call...

Listen, I’m telling you guys, go with pro.nutrition whey pro. It’s easily the best bang for your buck out there, and we get our 👍

Looking for a specialist... in Health ·
Can someone please be a decent human being and actually answer me? I keep scrolling through this thread, but I’m finding absolutely zero useful recommendations for orthodontists in the cities where I actually live...

I know there are plenty of good options in Washington, D.C., but what I really need is someone in Seattle or San Diego... There are hardly any specialists in San Diego at all. Does anyone have any insight on Dr. Merlo in San Diego?

Over in Seattle, I heard a recommendation for Dr. Zaverski
What's the verdict? Please send more suggestions my way 🙂
