I don't think they'll be able to sustain these "measures" for much longer. I suspect people are going to start waking up more and more every single day.

If we lived in a country where the law actually meant something, those who strip citizens of rights guaranteed by the Constitution would be facing criminal prosecution.

Well, they absolutely should be. This isn't some joke. Given what the folks at Civil Protection are doing, anyone involved should probably be looking at a year in prison for every single day they misbehave.
You’re 100% right, I don't even need to see the photo to know what you mean.

Look, I’m not the first to feel this way, and I won't be the last, but I am totally fed up. Honestly, I’ve started breaking stuff around the house because I’ve lost all sense of reality. I don't know what day it is, what time it is, or where I put anything. 🙂
I'll spend an entire day looking for the same object 55 different times because I've lost my mind—or rather, my mind is just gone.

Honestly, the best thing for everyone would be if I could just take a handful of Xanax or other benzos and stare peacefully at the ceiling. This is worse than any asylum. At least back then, they'd sedate you or knock you out with a shot when you started acting wild... 🐔

Are you from Washington, D.C. or somewhere nearby?
Just take some Rivotril and put on a movie, then maybe we can actually hang out.. 😛

There are plenty of people in the public sector who realize private businesses are the backbone of everything—as long as they aren't abusing their power (like bribing judges, building illegal mansions, or political lobbying) and acting like total thugs.

But then you look at the private sector, where you've got these insane gamblers making questionable moves or just feeding their own egos—where do they get the nerve to lecture us about cutting the public sector?

Personally, I was against that strike, and I was against giving raises to myself or the public sector. I worked through the strike days, and I've done it in previous years too, by choice... because my business can't afford to sit idle.

Agreed. That should have been public knowledge a long time ago.

The foundation of a healthy economy can be built exclusively on micro-businesses, small companies, and local trades. Just ask Austria or Switzerland for a tutorial.

Alongside the evils of the state apparatus, we shouldn't allow the evils of massive corporations either—though, of course, those two things often go hand in hand.
