Chest X-ray: Pulmonologist vs. Radiologist?

Anyone here able to take a look at an X-ray and give me their take? I'm worried it might be COVID—just looking for some expert insight to put my mind at ease.

Look, even if you have pneumonia, an X-ray alone isn't going to confirm if it's COVID or something else. Besides, wouldn't posting medical files here be a massive HIPAA violation? You're better off heading down to the local urgent care—unless, of course, you're too terrified of actually catching the virus there.
