In our neck of the woods—speaking for my generation and what I know for sure—it’s rare to see them skipping class, yet at a place like a fancy private academy in Greenwich, there are hardly any left in the room.

I mean, most kids usually start around 3rd grade, so I don't see why they wouldn't let him jump into 4th—if he’s actually interested, he might as well give it a shot.
