It’s funny, because Halcion hits me exactly the same way Valium does. I end up taking two at a time just to get anything done. It’s basically the same level of knockout...
Look, don't go playing doctor here. Seriously, stop messing around with this stuff on your own and just go find a professional... Look, maybe you don't even need the meds in the first place. I'm just saying "maybe," obviously... but at the end of the day, only a psychiatrist can actually sit you down and figure out what kind of treatment plan makes sense for you...
restlesstrucker15 said:What kind of medication do you currently have on hand? You might try taking two Zonadin, but please, do not exceed that amount under any circumstances. Since you don't have a physician overseeing your care right now, you won't be able to access anything more potent, though I believe Dormicum is no longer covered by insurance in the US. I am just uncertain whether a general practitioner would actually write you a prescription for it.
Wait, what do you mean it's free? My psychiatrist prescribed mine, then my primary care doctor wrote out a handwritten script, and I still end up paying $26.50 every single time... 😲
Honestly, you’re just gonna keep packing on the pounds if you stay on that pill. You should seriously look into asking your doctor for a different prescription. I actually went through that exact same thing myself...
Jason Vaughn482 said:I’ve been on them for quite a while now, and I won't deny it—I tend to wander, though my nighttime excursions are strictly limited to pacing around my apartment or hovering by the refrigerator. As soon as that heavy veil of sleep begins to descend, I find myself rising to perform some sort of midnight labor in the kitchen... it's a habit I truly detest. My doctor recently prescribed Ambien, but I have zero interest in taking it; it feels far too potent for my system. Since I don't really know what else to turn to, I just stick with the Sanval.
Both Ambien and ZzzQuil hit me exactly the same way. I end up raiding the entire pantry, sending those incredibly stupid texts you regret later, misspelling everything, and then waking up with absolutely zero memory of the night before. As far as I can tell, Ambien isn't even a tiny bit stronger than the ZzzQuil stuff just take one or maybe half My doctor told me they last longer so you deal with fewer periods of b
waking up in the middle of the night. But honestly, that hasn't worked for me at all...
It’s basically the same thing as Effexor XL 150 mg. I used to shell out about $6.00 just for the standard Effexor 37.5 mg...$1.00 but now it’s just the price for Xanax ...
Harold Anderson3 said:So, I’ve been on 75 mg of this medication, but I ended up stopping because I couldn't find it at any local pharmacy for about a week, and by then my prescription had already expired. It turns out I haven't actually taken it for three weeks now, and honestly, I don't feel much of a difference; my mood seems pretty much the same as it was before. I'm feeling a bit conflicted about whether I should just jump back on it or if I really ought to check in with my doctor first. She isn't exactly thrilled when I start tweaking my own treatment plan, so I have a feeling she won't be too happy hearing that I've been off it for three weeks. Does anyone have some advice? I am still being very consistent with the other two medications I take, Zyprexa and Risperdal.
I'm on 37.5 mg of Effexor three times a day. If I miss even a single (ONE!) dose, I literally turn into this shaking, massive, terrifying monster!
Anyway, just talk to your doctor. I'm dying to know what happens!
slylynx79, Look, there are plenty of us out here who know damn well that this isn't just some placebo effect. For a lot of us, these meds are exactly what turned us back into functioning human beings... Without them, things get pretty dark, pretty fast. If you managed to pull it off without them, hey, good for you, really. But don't go trashing the meds—for a ton of people, they're an absolute lifesaver.
Zero divided by zero. Absolute garbage. It’s not even remotely ethnic. Just some turbo-pop mashed with rock drums and vocals that sound like they were strained out of a corpse. It's just overproduced trash masquerading as something real. Honestly, an insult to anyone with actual ears... I'm officially done with their stuff forever. Comparing Tamara Obrovac to this is like comparing a gourmet steak to a rusty bicycle. I mean, seriously, how is anyone with a shred of soul supposed to stomach this?! 🙂 🙂 👎
I’m currently tearing through this book *Toxic Parents*, and honestly, I can't stop swearing because every single page hits way too close to home... it's freaking spot on. You should probably pick up a copy and see if you can spot your own baggage in there. Highly recommend it to everyone, seriously.
David Scott57 said:What kind of painkillers can I take while on Lexapro? My head is absolutely killing me today—it's just pounding. I guess maybe Advil is okay? I don't have the packaging handy since I tossed the instructions...
Just walked through the door about half an hour ago. Man, what a day at the clinic... absolute mental warfare! Dealing with 66 patients, 900 rounds of chaos, and enough stories to fill a library! Finally back on my couch! 🙂
Michelle Thomas45 said:Wait, is there seriously nobody here who’s actually tried this med before?
Look, I was on it for about a year, taking it three times a day, and I handled it pretty well. My doctor put me on it to deal with a mix of depression and anxiety. But after a while, it just felt too weak... like the depressive symptoms were starting to punch right through it. Coaxil is a pretty mild antidepressant, and honestly, the side effects are super minimal. There's really no reason to be scared of it!🙂
