San Diego makes me feel old 😳 😁

Everything hurts. Back, neck, legs... even my stomach is acting up. 🤣

Before 60, you're still young enough

Based on these posts, most folks would probably guess you're older than me... but whatever. ☕

who cares? ☕

Gotta stay a kid at heart no matter how old you get, and you aren't even that old yet.

There’s actually a subforum specifically for students and high schoolers.

Maybe take a peek over there? 😁

I mean, staying here works too. Just can't mention my age, otherwise the old-timers here will start treating me differently...

Waste of keystrokes... ☕

Five out of five 🤣

My high school buddies are roasting me for being on this forum, but honestly, I'm over Facebook and Insta. Plus, most threads here are pretty decent, even if there aren't many sane people left...

I don't know, it just feels stupid when I jump into a thread to ask something and get totally ghosted, yet some random question from a week ago suddenly gets an answer...

Why does everyone just ghost other people here? Like, why aren't we answering questions, especially when they come from the new folks?

I love it when professors force us to share our "unique perspectives" just so they can tear our analysis apart if it doesn't align with their own views. Like, suddenly my opinion is "unethical" because I didn't read their minds? Logic is dead.

High school senior here, and honestly? The biggest issue is how we're forced to tackle literature during class periods.

Look, whether a book is actually interesting or "meaningful" is totally subjective anyway. That’s up to you.

The real problem is that instead of diving into the core themes the author is actually trying to say, teachers get bogged down in useless trivia—like asking what specific brand of jeans a character was wearing. Because we're always racing against the clock, even with block scheduling, we rarely have enough time to actually unpack the heavy stuff that actually matters for the SATs.
