Can someone weigh in on these lab results? What would erythrocyte morphology combined with a high platelet count suggest?
Could this indicate an iron deficiency?

PSA and CRP levels are within the normal range.
The patient has diabetes, high cholesterol, fatty liver, a kidney cyst, and gallstones.

My husband went to Mercury for his initial consultation yesterday. The doctor wrote up a full list of recommended tests—EKG Holter, heart rate monitoring, stress testing, an echocardiogram, and a complete blood panel. However, he completely blanked on mentioning that his insurance provider had already authorized the D1 referral.

We submitted an online order over the weekend to schedule a slot for our recommended screenings.

I said this clearly: the order confirmation explicitly lists a specialist and sub-specialist examination, yet the service description itself just says "follow-up appointment."
Based on everything we've discussed, it seems they are sending him right back to the internal medicine clinic without even glancing at the specialist's recommendations or the specific tests ordered in his medical history. Is this just standard operating procedure where they'll eventually send him to get those tests done later that day, or did they completely ignore the instructions?
The only symptoms to surface over the last few days have been tingling in my legs and general fatigue, though we've chalked that up to my recent workout routine.
There aren't any other indications of illness, nor have there been any recent issues.

We are taking the lab results to the doctor on Tuesday, but I really needed this information just to put my mind at ease. Thank you.
Is there cause for concern?>>
Hello.
Can someone help me interpret my results? I had these labs done to monitor my diabetes.
I am posting an image showing only the values that have decreased.

Three months ago, my eosinophils, basophils, and monocytes were slightly elevated. At the time, the diagnosis was that I was just finishing up a viral infection.

Thanks.

Small Town, USA is part of that area, specifically a neighborhood within a Suburban City, USA. 😉

We picked up some pastries from a local bakery back in a small town in the Midwest. They were exceptional. Everyone was talking about them and asking where we got them.
We grabbed an extra batch so we could share later, though it was almost a struggle to gather enough people to split them. 🙂

Thanks 😉

How should I calculate the cookie order?
There are 25 of us attending the wedding, but I also want enough leftovers to pass out to people we didn't invite.

Can a kilogram be split into two separate packages, or does it always come as one single unit?
If you know what I mean.
For instance, I have some guys at work who aren't really into sweets, and I’d feel awkward handing them a full kilogram of cookies knowing they'll just throw them away—and wasting food is a shame 🙂. Do half-kilogram packs exist?

I'm asking because I haven't sat down with my aunt, the pastry chef, yet, but I'd like to be somewhat informed beforehand. 😉

Chris Barnes22 said:I'm seriously weighing whether we should just go all out with a massive dessert table and call it a day, but honestly, a bunch of people have been telling me that we really need to spread the sweets out across multiple tables if we want things to work. What do you guys think based on what you've seen at parties before?

Personally, I am not a fan of the dessert table concept, even though I hear it's becoming a major trend lately.
As I have already mentioned elsewhere, I attended a wedding that utilized a dedicated dessert station.

First off, once we sat down and realized there were no sweets at our places, everyone noticed. People are accustomed to having them; they expect the option to reach for something sweet at any given moment.
The moment it was announced that the treats were located at a specific station, a crowd formed instantly.
I was among the last to reach the table, and it was obvious a horde had already swept through it. The visually appealing pieces were gone, and frankly, it wasn't particularly appetizing to choose from a spread where you have no idea whose hands have been all over the food.

It doesn’t matter whether you deposited the funds into a bank account the following day or if the courier service transferred them directly to your balance; you are legally obligated to issue a retail receipt and complete the fiscalization process immediately.

Paying via COD is functionally identical to paying with cash—the only difference is that instead of handing over bills yourself, you're sending some guy from FedEx to collect the money and bring it back to you.
