I wasn't quite sure where to post this, but I'm hoping someone can clear things up for me. What’s the deal with computer science becoming a mandatory subject starting in 5th grade, while it stays elective for the younger grades? Is that actually happening, or is it just going to keep getting pushed back?

Hi there! I currently have $0.00 in my checking account. I'm looking to set up a PayPal account and need to link my debit card (an Intel card). Since I'll be transferring money into my own account myself, I was wondering if there are any tax implications or fees just for having those funds sitting there? I don't know much about how this works, so I'd really appreciate some clarity. 🕺

I have one more question. Let's say I have a Chase checking account, and my mom has an account at Bank of America, and she wants to transfer money to my Chase account. Does she have to pay any extra fees just because I don't bank at Bank of America? 😕
