So, like, my main currency might be USD, even if I’m also holding Euros or Swiss Francs... but all the charges (PayPal, ATM withdrawals, random fees) hit the dollar balance. If you run out of dollars, you're stuck—you won't be able to buy anything even if your other currency balances are looking pretty healthy... and honestly, the fee is basically the same regardless of how many different currencies you've got sitting in there...

Same deal for me. Five different currencies in one account, but with only one primary currency, so every single charge hits that one specific balance.

I am expecting my own little one in just a few months, so I feel quite fortunate to have learned the truth here through this community. It seems prudent to bundle the car seat purchase with the crib and stroller. Just to clarify, is the seat designed specifically for infants different from the ones purchased later, or is it the same model with more adjustable positions?

You have the infant carrier, which works from birth until they hit about 20 pounds or outgrow the height; then there are those combo seats rated 0-40 lbs. Those use a special insert for newborns, and once the baby grows, you pull the insert out and eventually turn the seat forward-facing instead of rear-facing.

Obviously, those combo seats aren't compatible with strollers and stay in the car. An infant carrier, however, clicks right into the stroller so you can carry the baby straight from the car without waking them up.
We barely ever even used the carrier on the stroller; it was practically negligible for us.
My pregnancy has been nothing but a series of positive surprises.
I’d be lying if I said there was even one bad thing about it; honestly, I haven't experienced a single negative moment.

The whole experience has been flawless. Even now, right before giving birth, my routine hasn't changed at all. Nothing feels heavy. I sleep fine, move normally, eat normally. No issues with nutrition, zero nausea, no heartburn, no pains, no cramps, no insomnia—I don't even have to run to the bathroom more often than usual.
The baby is active, but I've never felt a single painful kick.

People around me aren't acting like idiots. Nobody is offering unsolicited advice or poking their nose into my private business.

Since my job involves dealing with a huge variety of people every day, all I've received are kind words and sincere congratulations.

I think I've never been this happy or this calm in my entire life. Nothing can rattle me because all that petty nonsense seems completely insignificant compared to my little golden child.

Frankly, I would wish this exact pregnancy on anyone. If this is what being pregnant means, I could do this for the rest of my life.
