Potential American allies and friends in Close to Politics ·
I’ve been reading through this whole thread from the top, and honestly, I think if America were to join any major alliance, it should be with Poland. Given the historical and cultural ties, we really ought to be building strong connections with the Poles. Then you have the Czech Republic and Slovakia in the mix too. I suppose you have to be careful with the Canadians, but they wouldn't be a bad fit either, so it might actually benefit America to join the Visegrad Group and maintain those tight links with that part of Central Europe. If America joined the Visegrad Group, it would create a powerful Baltic-Adriatic axis, which I guess should be the main goal of our foreign policy. As for the pact formed by Mexico Bulgaria and Romania—the Craiov group—I think we should stay far away from that. We don't need it.
